  Terms, Liability Waiver & Membership Agreement

  Membership Agreement

  By becoming a member, you agree to all rules and policies. This is a members-only facility. No

  spectators are permitted. Membership may be revoked at any time without refund.

  Liability Waiver

  All activities involve risk. You voluntarily assume all risks and release Travel & Prize Zone Inc. from

  liability for injury, loss, or damage.

  No Refund & Chargeback Policy

  All payments are final. You agree not to initiate chargebacks. Any disputes must be handled directly

  with the business. Violations may result in termination and ban.

  Tournaments & Casual Play

  Tournaments are skill-based and rules are enforced by staff. Casual play is time-based and subject to

  scheduling.

  Code of Conduct

  Members must behave respectfully. Violations may result in removal or permanent ban without refund.

  Equipment Responsibility

  Members are responsible for any damage caused. The business may charge the payment method on

  file for damages.

  Minors Policy

• Participants under 18 must have a parent/guardian consent form completed before participation.

  Media Release

  Participants grant permission for photos/videos to be used for promotional purposes unless opted out in

  writing.

  Prize & Tax Policy

  Winners may be required to complete a W-9 form before receiving prizes. The business may issue a

  1099 form as required by law. Failure to provide accurate tax information may result in forfeiture of

  prizes.

  Agreement

  By purchasing or participating, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to all terms

 

 

Promotional rewards, giveaways, and member appreciation benefits may be offered periodically at the discretion of the business and may change or end at any time.
